Tend is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

In addition:

• Tend is a home-care companion, not a professional service. Task suggestions (like cleaning intervals) are gentle defaults, not safety, health, or hygiene advice.
• Your data stays on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for your own device backups.
• The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
